 I was very interested to see the results of the Dubai experiment/study as it has substantiated the claim that ICT can enhance learning - of which I was highly sceptical, feeling that it really was only useful to attract students into a learning environment through use of technology.

Like many things, unless the knowledge is used it is not retained.
